Everything you need to know before reserving your journey.
Earlier is easier, and more notice generally gives a better choice of vehicle. Last-minute requests are welcome, subject to confirmation. For weddings and occasion vehicles, allow as much notice as you can.
Yes — meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a name placard and luggage assistance can be arranged for Pearson arrivals. Send your flight details with your request and we'll confirm the arrangements and any charges in your written quote.
Yes. Every published itinerary is a starting point and the durations shown are examples. Tell us the stops, timings, and any reservations you'd like us to look into, and we'll come back in writing with what's possible.
Not at all. Many guests arrive at Pearson, but we also serve Toronto residents for evenings out, concerts, special occasions, and days when parking downtown isn't worth the trouble.
Send your details and we'll reply with a flat price in writing. We don't publish rates, because the price depends on the route, timing, duration, vehicle class, and anything you'd like included.
Payment terms are confirmed with your written quote before you travel. Tell us if your organisation needs a particular arrangement and we'll set out what we can do.
Your confirmed quote is a flat price, and the quote itself sets out what is included. Changes made on the day — added stops, extra waiting, or a different vehicle — can change the price, and we'll tell you before proceeding wherever possible.
You choose a vehicle class, such as Executive Sedan or Luxury SUV, and the exact vehicle or model assigned is confirmed with your quote. Images on this site illustrate the class.
Tell us your party size and luggage when you request a quote, and we'll confirm a suitable vehicle class and the seating that applies in writing.
Tell us your child's age when you request a quote and we'll confirm whether an infant, toddler, or booster seat can be arranged for your journey.
Cancellation and change terms, including any notice period, appear in your written quote or confirmation. Tell us as early as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate a change.
